So this is really sucky and will absolutely be redrawn and reworked but I had to finish it because there's something really adorable about her fat tail. XD

Hello Mr. kobayashi. I am another Deviant art member and I loved your beautiful Mermaid (as I said before in the previous post) and I put her on a clock skin for the free Alwact skinnable clock program. I did this skin for the desktop clock that is a very small island and I put your illustration in it as an animated seconds hand for the clock. The crab and the turtle that I did are the hours and minutes hands. You can see the work here:

As the seconds pass she swims around the island. I am giving you full credit for the job. If you look in the About.txt file of that skin folder you will see you being credited fully for it with a link to your Deviantart site. You can also access that file directly from the program by right mouse clicking on the clock (when your skin is showing of course) and selecting About Current Skin... Please tell me that you like it and that you will allow its use for the free skin. I do not make a penny out of it. I do it for the people. I also credited you in the Acknowledgements Pdf document included with the skins pack also with links to your site.
Now, if you do not like what I did and you do not like to see your illustration used like that it is you decision cause this belongs to you anyway and I will understand and I will then draw my own Mermaid and substitute yours and publish an update quickly. Send me a message here in Deviant and I will do so. But I hope that you like it and allow this for other people and fans of the character.
