If you don't know who Shingo Mama is, let me enlighten you a little.

Katori Shingo is a singer in the very popular Japanese pop group, SMAP.
He also had a TV show (I dunno if it's still running or not, most likely not) where he would don a pink polka-dotted dress and relieve one tired and overworked housewife each episode. He'd wake everyone up and cook breakfast and see that everyone got off to their respective places so that the real mom could have a day off. XD;; It's almost like a freakish version of Wife Swap. LOLOL.
Anyway, in this form he's known as Shingo Mama! And his most famous catch phrases are Mayo Chuchu (Mayonaise kiss >.> ) and Oha! Which is a shortened form of Ohayo, which means good morning.

So yes... this is Shingo Mama saying Oha! XD;;
